"Due to the digital nature of our Framer templates, all sales are final. Once you have gained access to the template files, we cannot offer a refund as the product cannot be 'returned.'
However, your satisfaction is our priority. If you encounter a technical bug or an issue where the template does not function as advertised, please reach out to us within 14 days of purchase. We will work with you to fix the issue, and if we cannot resolve it, a refund will be issued."
